DIVERSITY TRAINING UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL (DTUI) is interested in diversity and cross-cultural training. DTUI fosters a community of learners interested in achieving diversity training competency and promoting diversity globally. It is the immediate goal of the DTUI to take the organization to the next level and become a strong (and unified) voice for the training profession, while providing ever increasing value for it's members. Our seminars, forums and conferences are designed to provide the knowledge, skills and resources needed for developing intercultural competencies in an ever growing workplace.

Diversity Forums

DTUI hosts a series of talks and discussions on a variety of topics concerning incorporating cultural competence into organizations and communities. The lunchtime forums are offered in collaboration with a number of local and statewide sponsors. Come out and network with business professionals, human resources reps, educators, diversity suppliers and community leaders. Guest speakers will discuss and answer questions on the latest trends in diversity implementation, good practices, intercultural competency, current events that effect business and personal growth and much, much more.
