Cultural Competence Assessment: A Talent Management Strategy
One of the most common complaints among recruits of historically excluded groups is experiencing a lack of "sensitivity" among co-workers. Their co-workers seldom know that their behavior is problematic and the human resource officer is uncertain about how to address informal reports of feeling disrespected. In the long run, cultural competency gaps decrease productivity, contribute to turnover, and reduce the capacity to identify talent. This webinar presents the Human Capital Assessment Tool and describes its utility in identifying cultural competence gaps. Case studies of its successful use in executive level cultural competence coaching will be presented.
