Introduction

This is the experience that everyone is talking about. If you are looking for a program to fine-tune your skills or jumpstart your diversity business, then look no further. Our participants consistently say that they could not have received similar value, excellent professional development, or expert facilitation in any of the few alternative programs.

Other programs will charge you more, lack the flexibility DTUI provides, and offer you out-dated content.

Our Approach

We use a small group training approach. No more than ten people are trained in a group. This allows maximum opportunity for individual attention for accelerated professional development.

This is what you can expect:

  • Lecturettes (10-20 minutes presentations)
  • Questions & Answers (You can ask questions at most any point during the training to help you integrate the materials quickly and effectively).
  • Exercises (These allow you to learn by doing as well as develop competency in utilizing these tools)
  • A manual filled with the content covered so that you can use it as a resource once the training program has ended.
  • Facilitators who are experts in the field of diversity, cultural competency, organizational development, and training.
  • ….and much more!
  • DTUI has mastered training diversity professionals to work in modern organizations. You will notice immediately that our proprietary content is state-of-the-art and very few in the field have made as much progress. Our highly effective practices will keep you on top of the profession for decades to come.

Don’t Take Our Word for It!
We offer professionals more materials and information than they can imagine. But, don’t take our word for it. Listen to what attendees have had to say!

Billy, my mind was exploding with so much material!
    Päivi Korhonen, Project Manager
    Joensuu, Finland

Very powerful experience! It is a good thing that you have given us such a comprehensive manual to review this information as we apply it. What a bonus.
    Kuumba Williams, Diversity Trainer

DTUI Performance Record -- No One Does it Better!

To show you that I can back up our claims about being a top notch diversity professional, below is DTUI's record of accomplishment. The table below shows the performance record of Diversity Training University International. The performance results are based on a July 2004 benchmark study conducted by Prosavvy. Prosavvy is an agency that connects consulting professionals with organizations seeking their expertise:

As a consulting organization in the Prosavvy referrral database, Prosavvy solicits performance evaluations from clients as we complete projects. In this way, Prosavvy makes certain that we continue to offer top-notch service. We must meet minimum performance criteria to continue as a Prosavvy referral source. Prosavvy compares our ratings with similar contractors in its referral database.

Notice from the results that DTUI’s overall satisfaction score clearly stands above the competition. In fact, we received nearly a perfect score given that 5 is the highest possible rating.

Also notice that our clients gave us almost perfect scores on proficiency, responsiveness, and meeting the goals (results). Given that Prosavvy carefully screens its contractors, we are in a elite group which makes our results even more impressive.

A similar result is found year-after-year as trainers-of-trainers. This is one reason we are asked to offer workshops and seminars annually for such organizations as the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in Higher Education. We are well known for providing state-of-the-art content with superior facilitation skills. The evaluation data support our claim over and over.
