TRAINING

Our four component cultural competence model influences our assessment, recommendations, and the content we deliver. Cultural competence is comprised of four components: Awareness, attitude, knowledge, and skills.

Professional Referrals. DTUI understands that training expenses are limited. One way to save on travel and lodging costs is to use local talent. DTUI.com is partnering with the Diversity Trainer & Professional Network (DTPN) to offer a referral service. DTPN has a database of referrals and categorize professionals according to certification.
