The https://dtui.com website (the Site) is comprised of various web pages operated by DTUI.com LLC (DTUI). https://dtui.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the Terms). Your use of https://dtui.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

- DTUI.com (Diversity Training University International), founded in 1998, provides cutting-edge training and organizational consulting services.
Privacy
Your use of https://dtui.com is subject to DTUI's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://dtui.com or sending emails to DTUI constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that DTUI is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. DTUI and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
DTUI does not knowingly collect, online or offline, personal information from persons under thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://dtui.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Event and Seminar Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy. For registration modifications, attendees can either:
- Substitute another person from their organization for the same event at no extra charge, upon prior arrangement with Diversity Training University International (DTUI.com).
- If you can't attend, the fees you paid may be applied to any future DTUI event within the next 12 months. Notification must be made in writing by the payment deadline indicated on the event page.
Refund Eligibility for Conferences & Certification Programs
- Training Events depend on when the request is made. If more than 60 days before the event, there is a 100% refund, less a processing fee ($100 for single courses, $200 for programs).
- If requested 30 to 60 days before the event, registration fees will be refunded 60%. No refunds are available within 30 days. Fees may be applied to a future event.
Online Course Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy
- No refunds are offered once the registrant has accessed the online course. Online courses are eligible for refunds, cancellations, or transfers if the request is made a week before the course begins.
- If you have not accessed the course content, you may request the transfer of registration to someone else within five days of registration. It must be officially approved before the transfer is formal.
- Participants in credential programs who need more time to complete online courses may formally request an extension. A Request and Extension form must be completed and submitted before course expiration.
Additional Provisions
Online courses cannot be transferred to another individual. Participants who receive less than a passing grade may re-enroll at half the tuition cost.
General Refund Information
Credit/Debit Card Payment refunds will be issued to the same card used for payment. Check Payments will be mailed to the payee's address. International Transfers: refunds for payments made outside the USA will incur all applicable bank charges.
Special Circumstances
If a travel VISA is denied and DTUI is unable to accommodate the attendee at a later date, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of documentation confirming the VISA denial. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the denial notice to process your refund.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of DTUI, and DTUI is not responsible for any Linked Site's contents, including any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. DTUI provides these links to you only as a convenience, and including any link does not imply endorsement by DTUI of the site or any association with its operators.
- Certain services made available via https://dtui.com are delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the https://dtui.com domain, you acknowledge and consent that DTUI may share such information and data with any third party with whom DTUI has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of https://dtui.com users and customers.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use https://dtui.com strictly by these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to DTUI that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.
All content included as part of the Service — such as text, graphics, logos, and images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site — is the property of DTUI or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You agree to observe all copyright and other proprietary notices and will not make any changes thereto.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. DTUI content is not for resale, and you acquire no ownership rights in any protected content except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Use of Communication Services
The Site may contain bulletin boards, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and other message or communication facilities (collectively, "Communication Services"). You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send, and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.
You agree that you will not defame, abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others; publish inappropriate, infringing, or unlawful material; upload files containing protected material without rights or consents; upload viruses or corrupted files; advertise unless allowed; conduct surveys, contests, or chain letters; harvest information about others without consent; or violate any applicable laws.
DTUI has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services, but reserves the right to review and remove materials and to terminate access at its sole discretion. DTUI does not control or endorse content found in any Communication Service and disclaims liability for it. Always use caution when sharing personally identifying information.
Materials Provided to dtui.com
DTUI does not claim ownership of the materials you provide (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit (collectively "Submissions"). By submitting, you grant DTUI and its sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses, including the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission, and to publish your name with it.
No compensation will be paid for the use of your Submission. DTUI is under no obligation to post or use any Submission and may remove any Submission at any time. By submitting, you warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to provide it.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by DTUI from our offices in the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use DTUI Content in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DTUI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Arbitration
If the parties cannot resolve a dispute arising out of these Terms, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association (or a similar service selected by the parties) in a mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's award shall be final. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. Unless both you and DTUI agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Liability Disclaimer
The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and changes are periodically made. DTUI.com LLC and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DTUI.com LLC and/or its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall DTUI.com LLC and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use or performance of the Site. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Site or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
Termination / Access Restriction
DTUI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to use of the Site.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DTUI as a result of this agreement. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalid provision will be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent, and the remainder shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and DTUI with respect to the Site and supersedes all prior communications and proposals. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
DTUI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which https://dtui.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. DTUI encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
